Teamwork extending beyond the playing field.
About Us
Athletes for Others was founded in 2026 by Cameron Hutto with a simple belief: athletes have the power to make a difference beyond the game.
After aging out of Little League eligibility in 2025, Cameron wanted to stay involved in the sport that had given him so much. He began volunteering with his local Little League while also serving with a Phoenix nonprofit that provided peer homework support and play programs for children. Those experiences showed him how rewarding community service could be.
Cameron quickly realized that many young athletes wanted to volunteer but didn't know where to start. Finding meaningful opportunities, coordinating schedules, and getting friends involved often made volunteering more difficult than it needed to be.
With the support of his parents, Cameron created Athletes for Others to make community service simple, accessible, and fun. Our organization connects athletes, teams, families, and friends with volunteer opportunities that support established nonprofit organizations throughout Arizona. Rather than creating our own programs, we partner with organizations already making an impact and help provide the volunteers they need.
We believe the values that make great athletes—teamwork, discipline, leadership, perseverance, and service—also build stronger communities.
Whether we're packing food boxes, supporting youth sports, participating in community cleanups, or volunteering at events, our mission is the same:
To inspire athletes to compete on the field and serve beyond it.
